I Got Advise From Dr XXXXXXX About Worms And What

Question: I got advise from dr XXXXXXX about worms and what medicine to take after finding a small white worm in my faeces. I took medicine as advised andfollowed strict hygeine. However 3 weeks later i still hv intense itch at night snd my faeces is full of yellow seed like things and orange mucus. This is nothing i am eating.

This is going on since the start of feburary i have tried this treatment 3 time already but it keeps reoccuring? Also i saw a white worm to begin with thread worms dont produce eggs you can see. So maybe it is something different
