Brief Answer:
Please take Ibuprofen if it suits you, give details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
When did the shock happen?
Any entry or exit wounds on body?
Is there any swelling, redness hardness in the affected area?
Is the pain present even in resting position or occurs during movement of the arm?

Since Cortisone shot has not helped, you may please take an anti-inflammatory with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen if it suits you at 8 hourly interval.
Give complete rest to the affected part for proper healing.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback and take care.

With Regards.
Dr T Chandrakant.
