Brief Answer:
Pain is normal after surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Of course that having pain after the arthroscopic knee surgery is normal.
You didn't have pain yesterday because you were under anesthesia and painkillers .
Now the levels of pain medications in blood are lowering and you are having pain.
You can have painkillers for some more days to reduce pain and inflammation also.
Use ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
