Anything in the dirty bath water will be filtered by your nasal passages and sinuses, and eventually drain from the nose or down the back of the throat into your stomach. Everyday you breathe in similarly dirty air, with all sorts of toxic substances, but your body does a good job of protecting you from them, and it will do the same for this dirty water.
