Question: I got my blood test report back and it indicated high cholesterol levels. 249 mgdL while the normal values lie between 80-200. What actions should I take to bring them back to normal

If it is HDL then need not worry

If it is LDL increase is present then take care of the diet and do regular exercise.
Do follow up investigation after 6 months.
