Brief Answer:
need more information as well as Images

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

How long since you have noticed the spots? Are they red or pus filled? it it only on one arm or both the arms are affected?

I request you to kindly upload a few clear Images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Take care. Hope to assist you further once I get the Images

Its been few months there is no pus and both arms are affected with spots over my torso as well. My uncle is a medical practitioner he analysed it and told me that it is most likely pityriasis

Brief Answer:
regarding spots on arms

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Ok, that's great to know that your skin condition has already been diiagnosed but i would like you to clarify if it is pityriasis rosea or pityriasis versicolor? Both of these require a different line of treatment.

Take care
