I suggest you to take Tablet Azithromycin 500mg once daily in the noon, after food for next 3 days. Along with this, you need cough syrup like Syrup Kofarest or Corex 10ml twice daily after breakfast and dinner. Both these medicines are prescription drugs, please get them prescribed by your doctor.

Along with the above medicines, you will also need symptomatic treatment for next 3 days as below:

- tablet Paracetamol 650mg every 4 hours
- tablet Vitamin C thrice daily
- tablet Zinc 20mg twice daily
- tablet cetirizine 10mg twice daily

Other general measures include:

- Consume fresh fruits and vegetables
