Brief Answer:
Wait till bleeding stops before safely starting Rivaroxaban

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

You can restart rivaroxaban as soon as bleeding stops and adequate haemostasis is established.
You should wait for another 3-4 days maybe and observe if there are any more bleeding.
If no more bleeding, then you can safely restart the Rivaroxaban.

Do also inform your treating doctor before starting the Rivaroxaban.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
