I Had A 2 Cm Renal Calculi In My Left
Question: I had a 2 cm renal calculi in my left kidney in XXXXXXX 2019.....I'm taking homeopathy treatment from last three months and. now it has come to 18.9 mm .with mild hydrophenises ....kindly advise whether to continue with homeopathy or get it surgically removed ?? and if I want it to get removed what will be the surgery I mean through RIRS ESWL or PCNL..I'm getting pain in left kidney

Considering the size of the stone that you have mentioned the modality of the treatment (ESWL.RIRS.or PCNL) is decided based on following factors
1) Site of the stone in kidney
2) Effect of stone on kidney function
3) Density of kidney
4) Presence of infection
