Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.

Fullness of the cervix can be experienced with
1. a lump in the cervix like a polyp or cyst in which case other presenting symptoms like spotting are observed.
2. a prolapse of the vaginal wall and the uterus which can be detected on a physical exam.
3. constipation can lead to the feeling of fullness in the vagina, especially when there is fecal impaction. However, this can easily be corrected and detected.
4. a neoplasm of the cervix is another cause which does not go undetected easily.

A proper clinical exam by a specialist is needed to come to a conclusion and plan further management.

Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
