Question : I had a bad dream and punched myself in the head while I was asleep. I have sleep apnea and I'm wondering if that can be a potential trigger for this. I seem to feel lightheaded at times and get numbness in my hands in feet. I read that it could be early sign of parkinson's disease and that's causing me lot of stress.

Brief Answer:
Not much related to Parkinson'disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I don't think this can be related to parkinson' disease. I think it can be related to psychological issues and not especially related to any disease . It may be related to apnea and to previous history of it . It may have caused bad oxygenation of the brain leading to wounds and punching yourself.
This doesn't seem related to Parkinson'disease.
Hope I have the question.

Thanks.
