I Had A Bronchoscopy On Tuesday And The Pulmonologist Took

Question: I had a bronchoscopy on Tuesday and the pulmonologist took 4 bioposy of my lungs. It came back that I have nontuberculous mycrobacterial infection. I had pneumonia for 6 months last winter but was pretty well this winter so this is a shock since they treated me for a viral pneumonia and they now say it was likely the bacteria that caused the pneumonia at least my primary doctor says that. Anyways I can't live in the past I want to be well. I am only 59 years old. The pulmonologist has put me on a 3 antibiotic treatment which he said I would be on for a year. I am on Ethambutol 400 mg 3 tablets daily 3 days a week/ Clarithromycin 500 mg 1 tablet daily 3 days a week and rifabutin 150 mg 1 tablet daily 3 days a week. I am really concerned that first he change the Ethambutol from 1 a day 3 days a week to 3 daily 3 days a week. When I was being treated for the pneumonia I couldn't leave the house until after 2 pm because I had the runs so bad and I never had more than 2 antibiotics at a time. This is a lot is there anything I can do to help me get though this better. I also had gotten such bad depression after the 4th month of the pneumonia treatment and I am already weepy. Is there a homeopathic way to treat this lung infection or ways to help handle all these antibiotics. I heard probiotics are good to take. Any suggestions

Also my pulmonary doctor wants me to take the antibiotics or will not treat me. Will these supplements you have suggested work along side the antibiotics described above? Are there some things I can take to not mess up my gut flora or things I can do? I was on antibiotics 2 years ago when I had pneumonia (7 rounds of 2 antibiotic) for 6 months and my gut got ruined. Even had temporary depression.
