Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service!
I reviewed your test reports carefully and would explain the main findings are vitamin D deficiency and a high parathormone level.
Your phosphorus levels are a little high, probably caused by vitamin D deficiency.
High parathormone levels are caused by vitamin D deficiency too.
Your ionized calcium levels are within the normal ranges.
The calcification of the arterial wall is related to vitamin D deficiency.
So, as you see, the main treatment is vitamin D supplements.
It is also important to closely monitor your blood pressure values in order to prevent further damage to the arterial wall.
Hope you will find this answer helpful! Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
