Brief Answer:
Traumatic bite, gum issue, implants will not move the teeth

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The dental implants will not move the teeth. The teeth movement can be because of the gum issue or traumatic bite. Consult an Oral physician and get it evaluated.
Upload the images of the teeth so that I can give you better diagnosis.
I hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries reply me back.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Consult orthodontist and get it treated

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. I have gone through the images.
As per the images, even before placement of the implants there is spacing between the teeth. So it has not developed after placing implants.
You can get the spacing corrected by braces or orthodontic treatment.
Consult an orthodontist and get it treated.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Removable retainer, fixed retainer

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
The teeth have relapsed. You consult an orthodontist and get a removable retainer done and start using it till the spaces get closed. once the spaces closes, you can get a fixed lingual retainer done (on the inner aspect of the teeth). There will be little discomfort after placing the implant, nothing to worry, it will subside.
I hope I have answered your query. Take care.

You can get the removable retainer done. But you need to be careful while wearing and removing it.
