Brief Answer:
You are having a low risk for HIV infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor through HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
There is every possibility that the girl could be free from HIV Infection. In that case your HIV risk is nil.
If she is HIV positive and if she is on ART drugs and if her HIV Viral load is control and undetectable, then she would be non infectious. Then also your HIV risk is almost nil.
If she is HIV positive and if she is not on treatment then you have some risk for HIV infection. Fingering and kissing carries a negligible risk for HIV infection.
Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV infection than that of anal sex and vaginal sex as per CDC, XXXXXXX United States.

Brief Answer:
Test 12 weeks after the exposure is more conclusive one.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
Window period for HIV infection is around 4-8 weeks, may be delayed up to 12 weeks after the exposure.
Your result is reliable and you're almost free from HIV Infection. But if you repeat the test 12 weeks after the exposure, it will be more conclusive.
Antigen test for HIV will detect the infection much earlier (after a week), and become more conclusive by 3-4 weeks after the exposure, but it will detect only HIV 1 infection and not HIV 2 infection. Whereas the HIV Rapid test or 4th generation HIV Combo test will detect both HIV 1&2 infections. The prevalence of HIV 2 infection is less than 0. 5% in XXXXXXX Acne drugs will not interfere the HIV test result.
As soon as the virus entered into one's body and gets established inside the body (after 72 hours), the individual can pass the infection to others in the presence of an infection.

Brief Answer:
One more test will be final
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back
With your report and the girl's report, you are almost free from HIV Infection. But in spite of these results, there's a very rare possibility of that the girl could remain in window period. So one more test 12 weeks after the exposure will rule out HIV infection and that will be very much conclusive and final and you can be relieved totally and can resume your sexual activities without any concern.
