I Had A Gastric Sleeve Done In Mexico 8 Years

Question: I had a gastric sleeve done in Mexico 8 years ago. I have an ACE score of 10. I have reactive hypoglycemia, anemia, cyclic vomiting, diastolic hypertension.i have not been able to keep 90% of my meals down for the last 2months. i would like to know if the increase in the symptoms below should mandate me going to the ER or if they can wait till January These are my symptoms :
chest pain after vomiting
keep vomiting
burning sensation in chest
blurry vision
joint swelling
leg swelling
stiff hands
fainting
fatigue
temperature instability
increased thirst
muscle spasm
palm cramping
muscle cramps at night
hand cramping at night
calf muscle cramp
leg cramp
hair loss
pain in hand when moving
cramp in my palm
incontinence
heavy irregular periods
painful periods
lighter period
inability to perform fine tasks with hands
cold intolerance
very sensitive to heat

Yes, your symptoms are such that you can visit the emergency room.
So better to go to an emergency room and get done clinical examination and ultrasound, CT scan of the abdomen.
You will also require some blood reports too.
If all these are normal then the possibility of psychological disease is more likely.
