Question: I had a low grade fever from last 8 days and today I got a blood test my Hemoglobin is 8.6 and platelets are 94000 and vital b12 is 57 and vitamins dis 10.7 what to do I m very stressful

You may require daily platelet count monitoring. You can take tablet liv 52 after consultation.
For low vitamin D level, you can take vit D XXXXXXX 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks after physician consultation. For low B12, continue inj. Vitcofol as advised.
Along with that keep yourself hydrated. Take soft balanced diet.
