Brief Answer:
A stress headache/Occipital neuralgia
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Your headache is a possibly Stress headache or occipital neuralgia. A trial of 'amitriptyline' may be given to you. Though it appears to be a primary headache, a CT scan of the brain may be done to rule out a secondary cause. Meditation and other mental relaxation exercises as yoga are likely to help.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
