I Had A Prostatectomy 7 Months Ago - Probably Nerves

Question: I had a prostatectomy 7 months ago - probably nerves were not spared - my urologist said there might be some nerve bundles left? I notice a bit of tingling in my penis when I am aroused but not even the start of an erection
- is this a good sign? - possible return of erections?
I just bought a vacuum pump which works quite well - though erection is not very hard - the instructions say to use it for 10 min 3 times a week and this will improve the circulation in about a month
- is this a good idea and does the pump improve the health of penis or does it have bad side affects?
thanks

Brief Answer:
Good idea to use the pump
Detailed Answer:
Hi Huntervg,
In general, it is a good sign if you feel a tingling, especially if the sensation is increasing. A pump is a good idea. If you do not experience any improvement over time, try cialis. Last resort would be a penile implant.
Hope this helps.
