Question: I had a prostectomy in 2006. My PSA stayed at zero (.001) for 12 years. In 2019 it was .002, and this year it was .1 Has my cancer returned? If so what can be done. My urologist retired 5 years ago, and my current GP didn’t seem to see a problem. What do you think?

Thanks for query .
Based on the fact that you have posted you seem to have undergone surgery of Prostatectomy probably for cancer of Prostate and your PSA has been 0.001 since then for last 10 years and it is 0.1 during this year .

This is very very negligible raise and not to be worried at all .

The recurrence of cancer will always reflect by sudden spike of PSA (more than double or even triple digit).
