Question: I had a rash and swollen knee. I went to the doctor he noticed a bump the diameter of a dime. And at first he wondered if it was a blood clot but he didn’t take X-ray. He gave a cream said it was a possible infected bug bite. I used it but now more bumps are popping up on my legs only, they are hard and warm to touch. Do you think the could be Clots?? They’re in. my upper legs I take atorvastatin and bisoprolol daily. Help please

Brief Answer:
Doesn't seem related to blood clots.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached on reports.
The rash doesn't seem related to blood clots.
It can be related to any type of dermatitis.
The bump you had initially with the diameter like a dime sounds like granuloma annulare while this rash is different small single rised elements. This can be a rash with allergic origin.
You can use hydrocortisone cream to help it heal.
Also tell me if you are suffering from celiac disease or not.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
