Brief Answer:
Either fungal infection or due to friction, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and I don’t think it is sperm allergy.
It could be either a fungal infection or due to friction associated with intercourse.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Topical steroid antifungal cream and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
I don’t think there is anything like sperm allergy.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid antifungal combination cream like zydip C cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg once daily for 10 days.
This will take care of the allergy.
