Question: I had a small fall on the steps and my left ankle felt like a sprain on 17/8/2018. The pain wasn't much initially but after a week(i tried to take much rest but there was equal amount of walking that i did like regular days) my right ankle started paining more than the left. That was when i took one week rest and as advised by my doctor i took "myospaz - chlorzoxazone 250mg and paracetamol 325mg" tablet (9-9-2018 2 times a day) with applying volini and crepe bandage. Doctor suggested a blood test and my Vit D is 14.4(suffeciency 30-100) i took an injection "vitamin d3 arachitol -6L 15mg" on 16-9-2018; my ankle and feet still pains at the end of everyday, my fingers, palm joint and elbow, even knees feel slightly painful.

Brief Answer:
Due to low levels of Vitamin D3.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
I have seen the attached reports. You have too low levels of vitamin D3 that causes all the bone and joint pains that you are having, lethargy feeling and delay in healing.
A single injection of vitamin D3 is not sufficient to bring the levels of vitamin D3 to normal. You need to have regular calcium supplements along with vitamin D3 supplements to tackle these pains.
Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D.

I hope this answers your query.
