Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome back to 'Ask A Doctor' service!
I understand your concern and would like to explain that during Tilt testing blood pressure is measured in different body position (horizontal flat, upright vertical) in addition to heart rate response to conclude on different orthostatic intolerance syndrome (excessive vasovagal response, postural tachycardia syndrome, etc.).
Blood pressure is generally measured non-invasively (using an arm cuff, or alternative techniques concluding also on blood flow). Other body parameters can be taken as well, like pulse oxygen saturation, etc. On the screen monitor different parameter values may appear simultaneously.
That could be the explanation.
Hope you will find this answer useful!
Let me know in case of any further questions!
