SCANT PROLIFERATIVE ENDOMETRUIM.
MINUTE FRAGMENTS OF BENIGN ENDOCERVICAL AND SUPERFICIAL SQUAMOUS EPITHELIUM, BLOOD, AND MUCUS.

WHAT DOES THESE RESULTS MEAN? DO I NEED A HYSTERECTOMY OR A D AND C OR ACTUALLY NOTHING AT THIS TIME?

Thank you. I have an appt tomorrow for a transvaginal ultrasoundand I'm wondering do I need to keep that appt since I already have the biopsy back now?

Also, can I still douche again with water or something else because I'm still spotting a little here and there?

Brief Answer:
Details below .

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Mild spotting will gradually on its own. No need of repeating douching.
You can go for the upcoming ultrasound as it will further clarify the endometrial thickeness after biopsy. If possible you can delay it for 8-10 weeks as the biopsy report is normal and it is not likely to reveal anything new.
Regards.
