This is in the same spot and is bigger than a quarter. Last time it was an infected abscess and had to be drained along with taking antibiotics.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below. Please tell the exact location.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and photo.
The recurrence of an abscess indicates on of the following:
Cyst has a living lining and can grow back and get infected.
Development of a sinus or fistula.
Concurrent diabetes should be ruled out.

Please tell me the exact region where this abscess has developed.

Needs antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication.
If the pus develop then it may drain out on its own or may need an incision and drainage,

Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:
This looks to be more of a recurred infected boil/cyst.
But two things should be ruled out in such a case:
Pilonidal sinus
Fistula in ano.
Please consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to confirm or rule out the diagnosis and thus get treated as per the cause so that further recurrence is avoided.
I hope this answer helps you.
