Brief Answer:
It seems stimulation of bone marrow
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There seems to be stimulation of bone marrow. That is why almost all cells have increased beyond the normal range. If it would be infection, then changes in only WBC would be there.
Ferritin levels would rule out iron overload which may have resulted in increased formation of red blood cells.
I do not see a reason to be worried. We can expect this to be a temporary phenomenon and will normalize in sometime.
I will like to know reason of transplant and blood cell levels before the transplant to be better able to help.
