Question: I had an encounter with a prostitute 7 days ago. She licked my testicles twice for like 5-10 seconds and put a condom on me and had vaginal sex for like 2 mins. My groin area got a little irritated last night and was scratching the side of my testicles. After a few scratch idk if my fingernails broke the skin or touched the sore, it stinks a little. So I went and checked and saw this. Do these look like genital herpes to you at all?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photos you attached and it doesn't seem like genital herpes at all.
There are no fluid filled vesicles but are just like scratches.
It can be related to jock itch.
Doesn't seem sexually transmitted disease.
Wash it well with gentle soap and water and dry it well. You can use antifungal ointment on it such clotrimazole ointment.
