I Had An Irregular Period Back In April. Then Everything

Question: I had an irregular period back in April. Then everything was normal until this month. I spotted (upon wiping) for a week after the period. Then stopped for a week. Then a tiny bit the last two days. But tonight it%E2%80%99s more. If I%E2%80%99m starting then that%E2%80%99s only 18 days between.

If this was something more serious, wouldn%E2%80%99t the irregularity continued and not normalized?

Your question doesn't show the age ,other details like weight ,height on any drugs etc.
But from previous questions I believe it is 50 yrs.
Considering the age it is very much important to get a diagnostic hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy to find out the reason for irregular bleeding.
Feel free to ask your doubts with more details.

Wouldn’t the irregular bleeding have been consistent if the cause was pathological? The last irregular was in April. Six months ago.
