Question: I had an mri of the prostate and I noticed it said osseous structures are intact. Is that a good sign cancer hasn’t spread to bones?

Brief Answer:
it does suggest that there has been NO spread to the bone

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This does infer that there has been no spread to the bone. Usually if there has been spread, the MRI would clearly state that the bone structure does not appear normal or it would mention that there are lesions seen in the bone

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
