I Had An Unopened Can (under Pressure) Of Saline Nasal

Question: I had an unopened can (under pressure) of saline nasal spray that I’ve been using for the past 24 hours before I realized it expired six months ago. It was sealed and unopened until yesterday. I have been using it to do an actual nasal rinse, not just spraying it in. Could I get a dangerous infection since it is expired?
