I Had Both A Lipid Blood Test And Comprehensive Metabolic

Question: I had both a lipid blood test and comprehensive metabolic panel. My lipid results were excellent. The metabolic came back normal. However, regarding the potassium and AST/SGOT, there was the comment on both as follows: Slight hemolysis, result may be falsely increased. however, both results were in the normal range. My potassium was 4.5 and AST/SGOT 22 units. I recall when the lab tech poked me, it stung much more than with past blood draws. Any reason for concern?
Brief Answer:
No
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but there is no need to be worried as all your test results are within normal range. please rest assured as the painful sting could be due to a different size or type of syringes. I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you for your initial response. Just wondering, why was the %22slight hemolysis%22 shown only for my potaasium and AST/SGoT results and not shown for any others like sodium, creatinine, etc?
Brief Answer:
dear sir
Detailed Answer:
22% hemolysis is only for potassium, as it is the main component circulating in blood facing easily breakdown whenever a needle is being inserted in the body, even minor trauma can cause this...I hope my answer is helpful to you
