Question: had breast surgery for DCIS. Path report showed high grade micropapillary and comedo with expansive comedo necrosis. tumor size >20mm. tumor present in 9 or 17 blocks. microscopic description stated basal cells around DCIS and cancerization of lobules. What does all this mean?
