Question: I had burning urine, urgency, 2days Low fever that went away. Sometimes very little urine. Fishy smell a few times Just had urgency and barely made it to toilet, tissue was in the the first urine squirt, then two large blood drops in the second, followed by a feeling of relief from any urgency. Tingling in urethra.

I believe you have a urinary tract infection. symptoms you listed correlates well with a urinary tract infection.

What you need is to get a urinalysis and see a doctor so that they will be able to prescribe you with an antibiotic (prescription drugs are beyond the scope of online medical forum).

Blood in the urine is caused by the infection that you are currently having now. But it will still be prudent to do an ultrasound of the kidneys ureter and bladder just to be sure that we're not missing anything.

In the meantime, while waiting for the doctor, make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids around 2 to 3 liters of water a day.
