Now since today evening my left eye lid is swollen and its paining. Please suggest a painkiller and treatment. I am currently keeping a damp warm cloth over it.
Brief Answer:
It can be an allergic reaction.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the photographs.
It seems like an allergic reaction possibly due to eye drops you have used.
As of now you can use over the counter available antihistamine eyedrop like “olapatidine” after cleaning with clear water. You can use one or two drops thrice a day.
You can take analgesics like ibuprofen for pain relief.
Do not rub the eyes, if the symptoms worsens or in case of blurring or vision you have to consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.
Thanks

since last night it is more swollen now. But last night it was painful now my eye just feels heavy, not painful.
Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Possibility of an infection must be considered.
A detailed examination is required to check whether there is any minor ulcer or foreign body.
It will be better to consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.
A short course of antibiotics and antihistamines may be required empirically.
Hope I have answered your query.
