Question: I had gall bladder surgery 2 weeks ago
Around my vagina area has been burning and itching a lot for the past 3 days
What can I do is this a yeast infection
I am 64 very good health
But this is burning and itching constantly
I’m drinking water and using monistat
But it does relieve it for long

Yes, yeast infection seems more likely. I assume you do not have history of diabetes.

Monistat is effective antifungal agent. Continue using it with increased fluid consumption. You should also consider cranberry supplements for added benefits.

If the problem persist beyond 2-3 days, it would be worthwhile to see your doctor for physical examination, urine routine test as well as blood sugar check.
