Question: I had gonnerhea was given a week lol prescription of antibiotics but without getting into why I've continued on a few days through a friend's prescription of the same kind. My question to you is the gonnerhea left a sore I wanted to know if this meant I still have it

Gonorrhea doesn't present with genital ulceration. Gonorrhea only presents with urethral discharge and burning micturation. This could be genital herpes most likely. The common STDs which present with genital ulceration are syphilis, genital herpes, chancroid.
I would like to know which oral antibiotics were taken?
Kindly let me know if you have any symptoms?like pain?

Doxycycline was the antibiotic and it sorta swelled there once i started taking them. Itched like crazy for a day or 2 no pain tho

This certainly doesn't look like Gonorrhea as I said before Gonorrhea doesn't lead to genital ulceration. This could be Genital herpes, however the image is not very clear. I suggest you to take an oral antiviral like Valacyclovir or Acyclovir for a week. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin ointment or neosporin ointment twice daily for a few days. You may also take a screening test for genital herpes, syphilis as well as HIV.
