Question: I had have recovered from COVID-19 over a week already but still have a little minor dry cough in the morning is that still related to COVID-19

No, this cough is not due to direct or active infection of Covid.
This might be due to sequel of Covid infection.
Sometimes, Covid infection can cause lung Fibrosis and this in turn causes dry cough after infection.
So get done CT thorax if not done earlier for the diagnosis of post Covid Fibrosis.

2. Any smoking habit?
