Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Your total cholesterol and LDL values are quite normal.

In my opinion the pain in this region is not related to the heart.

Is the pain triggered by manual pressure on this region or deep breathing? This could be indicative of possible costochondritis.

If the pain is modulated by eating, it could be suggestive of gastritis or acid reflux. In such case an antiacid would be helpful.

If the pain is spontaneous, not modulated by manual pressure, body movements or eating, I would conclude about fibromyalgia.

Anyway, nothing serious seems to be going on with your heart. As a cardiologist I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

So, there is no need for any tests.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,
