I Had Issue With Dizziness And Vertigo Since More Than
Question: I had issue with dizziness and vertigo since more than 10 days ago .. It started after I washed my ears in a medical center by flashing water into my ears . From that time, I feel abnormal like I have pressure in my head and fullness of ears ( with no hearing problem ) as well as sever dizziness and nausea. Local ENT specialist in my country check my ears and make some nurological test for me and MRI and he said everything is normal. Tell me to do some excercises(Epley first then gofonis) to make crystals return to it's position but excercises just make me worse not better. Now it's about 16 days and I feel very unwell with my dizziness and nausea and the strange thing is every day when I wake up, I am completely fine without any symptoms for about one hour , then everything started till night.
I tried several vertigo medication like meclizine, cinnarazine and betahistine which I never feel any improvement with them ..
I hope I can get your advice doctor.
Thanks

There are several causes of giddiness. It can be related to ear or neurological or other medical reasons. Check your blood pressure, sugar. Do an Ecg.Your MRI brain is normal. It can be Meniers disease or BPPV. So consult an Ent surgeon. If dixhallpike is positive then you may need to do epleys manoeuvre. But don't repeat epleys manoeuvre everyday at home. Do Brandt Daroff exercise and vestibular rehabilitation exercise at home. Do electronystagmogram to find out any vestibular weakness. You can take tab vertin 24 mg twice daily for 2 week.
