I Had Massive Stress In February 2019 From Dental Surgery

I had very bad lingering pain from the dental surgery in my gums that was abnormal. I took ibuprofen and Tylenol all day, every day. I never exceeded the recommended dosage but I had trouble sleeping because I would wake up halfway through the night in pain. I took antibiotics because the dentist thought I might have an infection. The antibiotics didn't help the pain. This pain lasted for around 2 months and gradually went away.
In March or so, I started noticing knots in my back and they gradually got worse and my back got a bit stiffer.
In April my hands peeled VERY badly. They were peeling for a few weeks but gradually got better.
I developed 5 or 6 moles in my pubic region. Some are at my pant line and some are closer to my penis.
I quit working out in around May because my back was hurting too bad. I was going to get massages really often but nothing helped.
I've seen lots of back doctors, had MRIs, chiropractors, kinesiologists, massages, muscle relaxers, etc. Nothing has helped my back stop spasming. I think it's stress related but I'm no longer stressed. I work very little (2 hours per day or so) and make great money. My dating life is fine. I can't think of anything to complain about or be stressed about, but my back pain is making me a bit depressed.
Are these symptoms, in combination, a sign of something serious or rare? I want to fix my back pain.
Can be a posture related pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you are having are not related to each other and do not suggest any serious issue. The persistent pain in the back can be posture related. Poor mattress can also cause such a pain. In addition to pain killers or muscle relaxants you also need to have a regular physiotherapy to relax your back muscles properly. You can consult a physiotherapist for the necessary exercises.
I hope this answers your query.
