Brief Answer:
Follow up scan is required.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the scan reports.
In your scan gestational sac is visible, but cardiac activity yet to be established, it is not a sign of miscarriage and is common in early scans.
You have to get an additional scan after two weeks for confirmation of viability.
A serial betaHCG assessment may be suggested by physicians.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Thanks Mam for your answer. Mam why is irregular trophoblastic reaction mentioned in the ultrasound report? Is it something to worrry about?
Brief Answer:
Followup scan is required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A well defined trophoblastic reaction is a sign or indicator of viable pregnancy. However In early scans we can not make out the trophoblastic reaction and it may appear irregular.
A followup scan is thus required.
