Brief Answer:
Yeast infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Oral sex is known to be one of the safest.
STD can be transmitted even with oral sex but in a very low percentage compared to other routes.
The itchiness without discharge, bumps or redness, or pain may not be related to any sexually transmitted disease.
It can be related to fungal or yeast infection. You can develop yeast infection even without having sexual activity.

Taking miconazole, clotrmazole (lotrimin) that can be found over the counter in pharmacy is advisable.
You can use it for 5 to 7 days.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
