Brief Answer:
Definitely you are safe from HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ppriyank,

Welcome to HCM.

If you had protected exposure then as such also the chances of contracting HIV are nil and the test result after 29 days is negative which is considered highly reliable so you need not to worry at all because you are absolutely safe and risk free. Be relaxed, forget the episode and live your life normally. As your friend I will also advice to stay away from unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV or other STDs. If any further doubt is there feel free to ask me again.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
Don't think excessively about HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ppriyank,

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

Sorethroat and whiteness on tongue may be due to other reason but not specific to HIV only so don't think excessively about HIV. Allay your fear and anxiety because you are not at risk. For your mental satisfaction, you can go for repeat testing after 6 weeks of expsore and the result will definitely come as negative. Be relaxed, forget the episode and move on in life.

Thank You
