Question: I had sever right kidney pain on 25th Dec 2019. I had taken pain killer injection and then pain subsided. After that I have been getting intermittent light pinching pain in right kidney. Based on CT scan report, I have swelling in my right kidney but there is not obstruction and no issue in passing urine. Need suggestion what can be the cause of such pain.

Brief Answer:
Most likely pain could be Muscular pain .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.

Based on the facts and report of your C T Scan there is nothing abnormal detected in kidneys .The pain could be muscular in origin and can be expected to get relieved by muscle relaxants and pain killer medicine prescribed y your family physician.

Doing moderate exercise and Yogas would help to resolve the issue .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
