Question: I had sex 3 months ago but had 3 cycles of my periods regularly but missed my November cycle. Aslo I have taken primoult n for 2 days i.e. on 14th and 15th of December but haven't got my periods and having abdomen ache.

If you had proper periods twice after having unprotected sex then pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in periods can be related to hormonal changes or stress or fasting.
You should have primolut N for at least five days and then wait for the withdrawal bleeding. Taking regular oral contraceptives after consulting with your gynaecologist will be a better option.
