Brief Answer:
Chances are very small you are pregnant, further advices given

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome at "Ask a Doctor" service,

I carefully went through your query and here is my advice.

Bleeding is a common side effect of plan B pills so there is nothing to worry that you are bleeding. It is very likely you are not pregnant.

At the moment you don't need to do anything else but just watch the bleeding. If you bleed more than a usual period, you may need to see your doctor to make sure you are not loosing a lot of blood and developing anemia.

Also, your next period may come a bit latter than expected but still if you do not get your periods on the due date, you might need to have a pregnancy test, just to make sure. On the other hand, as I mentioned, chances are very small for you to be pregnant so try to relax and not be anxious about this.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

My 21st birthday was Tuesday and I have a party planned on Sunday. Is it okay if I drink? Thoughts.

Brief Answer:
Alcohol will not affect the vaginal bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,

Drinking alcohol will not make the bleeding worse. On the other hand alcohol is not healthy and we do not recommend use of big amounts or getting drunk.
Women should not get more than 2 units of drinks a day.

To conclude, alcohol will very likely not affect your bleeding but is not healthy in big amounts.

Take care and be safe,

Regards
