Question: I had sex with a shemale yesterday, but with condom on my penis and I didn't even took her penis inside my mouth, just missed on top.
I cummed inside her with my condom on my penis. No deep kiss.
I did not even allow her to suck me or kiss me deep .
Am I supposed to get HIV with this ?

Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. As long as the condom stayed on and was intact throughout intercourse, there would be no realistic risk of getting HIV. Even with oral sex, the risk of getting HIV is very low and some would say it is not clear you could even get HIV this way. Kissing would have no risk as well, as long as there were no open sores or active bleeding.

Again, I would say there is practically no risk of getting HIV from this exposure, and no need to get testing because of this. Of course, especially if you have higher risk exposures regularly, getting tested periodically for HIV is a good idea, every 6-12 months would be reasonable.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.

Doctor like today, I had a very minute amount of gum bleeding, but not much
I am also kind of sleep deprived because of constant traveling.
Does that posses any risk.

Brief Answer:
Not much

Detailed Answer:
Your partner's blood would need to enter into your circulation, so you bleeding is not as concerning as if your partner was having active bleeding, and you had an open sore through which the blood with the virus could enter. Even if your partner did have some bleeding, the risk is really very small, and I wouldn't worry as long as there wasn't any noticeably active bleeding by your partner.

This is assuming your partner had HIV, which it sounds like we don't know, so that decreases the risk even further (since it is likely they didn't have HIV).

Sleep deprivation wouldn't increase your risk at all.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be glad to help any way I can.
