I Had Sex With A Woman In Her 40 Date
Question: I had sex with a woman in her 40 date 092919(she was quite dirty, she smelled bad), she was having period, she also had a XXXXXXX hump. I got flacid and I think some vaginal fluid got interfered bettween condom and my penis because the condom got glued on my head.
Symptoms that I had:
-I slept for 5 hours after sex and wake up with pain into my stomach and no apetite
-I smelled blood everywhere coming from my body(I think from my nose) like a sickness
-I went running swimming and while in hydro massage I noticed that my nipples are not getting any excitment like ussual
-8 hours later I noticed that I have a white film on my tongue and some cracks are developing
-9 hours later I noticed that my prepuce is covering all my gland and my penis is getting smaller and smaller like hidding into foreskin. I masturbate and noticed that I have a pain while erect and my sperm was more glued like ussually.
Then I started to read about STD and saw that symptoms I have are related with HIV. My room was smelling like medication even I took none. I got anxious, I slept having nightmares, I could only sleep for 1 hour, then used my energy driving around and going to hospital to ask questions.
After 80 hours I started PEP medication, but few hours later I felt sweat coming from my body, and I had muscle pain as well thinking that this might be the seroconversion.
Then I flew and I noticed that I lost my smell and my taste(I ate forced, still no appetite) what was sweet I could not hold it into my mouth I had to spill it over.
I noticed I had also a crack sound anytime I opened my mouth by while, the sound was coming from my salivary glands. I went into a deppression having bad thoughts while flying.
Then I started to make some medical investigation. My lymphocites are very low 13.8 (20-55 range). Also I have a maxillary sinusitis but it seems to be an older problem according to doctors.
I went to psyhiatrist to try to treat my depression, he dosed me and putted me to bed but still can't have a proper sleep. All the nights since exposure I have convulsion like shievering, without lossing my constiousness.
Recently starting with 15 of october I have night sweats as well and starting with today diareea. According to what I m writting and experiencing all of them lead to HIV sympthomps which I am very afraid of.
My penis also got worse, foreskin has a inflamed red spot and the gland looks like is dyieng having some cracks also with red, white and purple spots and the head is burning by time to time but it's not paintfull. I did not wahsed my penis for few days and noticed like a white cottage cheese around it.
To conclude after almost 3 weeks, I still have no apetite, I still can't eat sweet, I lost like 10 pounds, I have a poor general health, always I feel like something is inside me if someone touches me I get scared, it's like an abnormal feeling like it's not my body anymore, my smell got better but still isn't there as it should, night sweats, shievering like convulsions and my penis has erectyle dysfunction and looks bad like a ulceration is starting.

PEP after 80 hours would not be helpful. It could delay the seroconversion
if there is any infection.

For your penile symptoms (not related to HIV) I'd suggest consulting a dermato-venereologist. Nothing appears to be serious or due to STI.
As it was already gone 3 weeks, you can take up molecular antigen detecting tests for HIV 1 and 2 separately along with an STD panel test and ruled out these possibilities and relax.
