Brief Answer:
Due to allergic rashes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns,
I have seen that attached image. The stitch line is healthy but the allergic rashes are seen all around the area. To decrease the itching you can take an anti-allergic like Cetrizine or Pheniramine (eg. Avil) and apply 1% steroid gel (Hydrocortisone) on the area available over the counter.
I hope this answers your query.
